1.) Service Overview Aw, Snap! Studios (“Photographer/Creator”) provides professional real estate, commercial property, and architectural media, including photography, videography, drone media, and 360 tours. Exact services will be outlined in the client’s invoice.
2.) Payment Terms A non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your appointment. No dates are held without a retainer. Any remaining balance will be invoiced electronically and must be paid in full prior to the delivery of final media. Final files will be released once payment has been received.
3.) Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are permitted; however, booking retainers are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their appointment, and the retainer will be transferred to the new date and time, provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given and the requested appointment is available.
4.) Property Access Clients are welcome to be present during the appointment, but it is not required. To ensure services can be completed as scheduled, access to the property must be provided prior to the appointment through a lockbox, key, access code, onsite representative, or another approved method of entry. If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, a rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment may apply.
5.) Weather, Lightning, & Environmental Conditions In cases of unsafe or unsuitable weather (heavy rain, lightning, snow, strong wind, etc.): Aw, Snap! Studios and/or Client may reschedule at no additional charge. Cloudy skies do not qualify for rescheduling as skies can be edited. Drone flights will be rescheduled if winds exceed FAA limits or rain/storm conditions occur. Drone flights will be rescheduled free of charge.
6.) Travel Fees Travel within 50 miles of our primary service area is included in the cost of your booking. Properties located outside of this service area may incur an additional travel fee of $15 per hour of travel beyond the included service area, prorated for partial hours. Any applicable travel charges will be communicated and approved prior to confirming your appointment.
7.) Property Preparation Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and photo-ready at the time of the session. Aw, Snap! Studios: -Does not move furniture. -May adjust small items (pillows, chairs, blinds) only if safe. -Is not responsible for untidy spaces or areas that appear unphotogenic. If the property is not ready upon arrival, the session may result in a rescheduled shoot or cancellation. (Fees may apply.) Minor edits (lighting, color correction, straightening, basic touch-ups, etc.) are included. Removal of unwanted items, objects, or distractions is not included in standard editing. Advanced retouching—such as removing furniture, cords, signage, stains, vehicles, people, reflections, or clutter—is available at an additional fee and will be quoted per image. Aw, Snap! Studios and the client will discuss the client’s goals, vision, and expectations for the media prior to the session. This ensures that both parties understand the desired look and any advanced edits the client may request.
8.) Reshoots Reshoots are ONLY provided for company error (blurry images, incorrect settings, corrupt images) Reshoots are not provided for: -Changing weather -Changing decor -Client not preparing the property -Items not moved or staged prior to arrival -Tenant issues or access delays
9.) File Delivery Turnaround time is generally: Photos: 24–48 hours Videos + drone: 48–72 hours 360 tours: 48–72 hours In the event deliverables take longer than expected, client will be notified immediately and provided with an updated delivery timeline.
10.) Safety Aw, Snap! Studios may decline to shoot in environments that are: -Unsafe -Hazardous -Infested -Mold-damaged -Contaminated *Drone flights will follow FAA Part 107 rules and may be cancelled for safety at the company's discretion.
11.) Client Delays & Access Issues If Aw, Snap! Studios is delayed due to: -Lockboxes not working -Agents arriving late -Tenants blocking access -Property not being unlocked -Construction workers in active areas *The session may be rescheduled or cancelled.
12.) Editing & Retouching Basic editing includes: -Lighting correction -Straightening verticals -Exposure blending -Color balance -Window pull details -Basic shadow removal -Minor reflection removal -Sky replacements *Advanced retouching (extra fees): -Removing people/cars -Removing large objects -Virtual staging -Removing heavy reflections or signage -Object removal beyond simple edits
13.) Model Release & Portfolio Use Vendor may use media for: -Portfolio -Website -Social media -Marketing -Advertising -Educational content
14.) Limitation of Liability In rare cases of camera failure, data loss, hard drive corruption, or technical malfunction that prevents Aw, Snap! Studios from delivering any of the agreed-upon media, the client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the non-refundable retainer. If partial media is successfully delivered, or if a reshoot is possible and offered, this clause does not apply. Aw, Snap! Studios' liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the session.
15.) Usage License Aw, Snap! Studios grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media ONLY for: -Listing marketing -MLS -Social media promotion -Broker/agent advertising Prohibited Uses: Client may not: -Sell the images -Transfer usage rights to third parties (builders, stagers, furniture companies) without purchasing an additional license -Re-edit the images
16.) Copyright Aw, Snap! Studios retains full copyright ownership of all images and videos created. Client receives usage rights, not ownership.
